I can't say for sure if all W300s and W200s had the pto cable control mounted on the dash. My son had a 1960 with a factory wincy and it was on the dash between the radio and the instrument panel. I saw a picture of a later '60s W300 and it was in the same place. So when I put a added a winch to my 1968 that's where I put mine. Personally i prefer a floor lever like my WDX has, but that doesn't seem like what the factory was doing.
