Sorry about the late reply. Your door sag can probably be corrected. I’m afraid that the craftsmanship for putting these machines together was particularly lacking when it comes to body work. Both of my doors sagged and didn’t match the cab at the rear when I bought it. I’m not sure that the doors ever matched up correctly from the factory. However, I was able to get both doors to line up with the cab.

Probably the first thing to do is to make sure your cab is correctly mounted to the frame, that the mounts haven’t compressed more in one corner than the others and that the mounts are still the correct height. If the mounts have sagged, and particularly if they have sagged unevenly, the doors will be very difficult to line up.

After making sure the cab is properly mounted it’s time to work on the hinges. The portion of the hinge that is bolted to the cab can be bent to attain forward/backward movement of the door and even forward/aft tilt with respect to the cab. The bolted on hinge half can also be moved in and out (slightly) to affect door position away from and toward the cab.

After the rough positioning is done, the final positioning can be tuned with shims on the top and bottom striker plates. You will probably end up with a tight fit somewhere around your door; the top of my driver’s side door is within ~1/32” of the top of my door frame, just enough so that there is no rubbing as the frame flexes.

As a side note; I found that I also had to shim under the latch catches in order to sufficiently engage the latch pawls

It can take a lot of work, but a nicely operating door is very satisfying.
