I had sagging doors on my WC40 military half ton. Replacing the under-size hinge pins solved part of the problem.
I tried jacking the door opening, but it would just spring back. I was afraid to put too much force there and maybe crack the corners.
I then followed the alignment procedure in the army maintenance manual (T/M 10-1443, subject 295) and was able to align them. They weren't perfect, but they look ok and I no longer have to lift the door to make it latch. My doors are in pretty good shape where the hinges attach. This method may not work if the attachment points are wasted.
I emailed you a copy of the sheets from the manual showing the procedure.
