Thats the unit & trucvk number, they had lots of PWs all over the US, along with utility, power and gas companies, PG&E in California had over 400 PWs made in the San Leandro CA truck plant, along with a large fleet of Ford line trucks with Marmon Herrington All Wheel Drive conversions, some are still running today!!
