Torch-buggy, looks like. I kind of get it, welder and a compressor in back and a homemade wrecker boom and it could do some work. I always liked seeing whatever the junkyards patched together to pull parts. Like what they call mad max or wasteland cars now kind of. The mechanic down the road had a WC with a Chevy cab, homemade boom on the back but they didn’t make much of a rear body.
