actually drive shaft angles are not as critical, use frame rails for basis, same goes for shaft side to side, the original drive train just imagine a line through the engine, trans and tcase any component can be centered at a different height off ctr but the angle must remain constant, same goes for center between frame, imagine a line any component may be off center but must remain straight, in an example, the dodge m37 engine is offset from center but still aligns straight parallel with center of truck. also, make sure each drive shafts u joints are properly oriented or phased. they can cause vibration if phased improperly (ie the crosses must be aligned to match at each end of the drive shaft, many will have an arrow mark in the slip yoke to ease alignment)
