According to the SNL G-657 master parts book of 1943, the steering gear shaft part numbers, the steering tube and worm assembly part numbers are the same for both series of trucks. The part number of the steering wheels are different, but both steering wheels are interchangeable. In conclusion then, any 1/2 ton WC steering wheel should fit on a T-118.
