On none vent window doors how far down into the door does the flexible glass U-channel that goes over the glass window extend. On the front there is a removable metal U-channel that has a 16 inch fabric U-channel held by two split rivets. Does the fabric U-channel over the glass extend to the top of this piece or attaches to it? Also this metal U-channel has holes for the split rivets that are different in location, which is the up end. Also one end seems to have a slight flare. Is that the up end?
At the rear of the door there is a metal U-channel that can be seen thru the door lock opening. Does the fabric U-channel over the door extend to the bottom of this structure or just to the top. If extends into the metal U-channel how is it fixed.
I don�t recall this being addressed before and couldn�t find an answer in the archives but may not be using the right search keywords. Thank you for you reply.
