I installed a late M37 NP420 with a PTO (no rear output) into my 51 PW with no interference with the peddle mount. It's a tight fit (1/8") with the peddle mount, as they all are.
I also have the Ugly Truckling's under floor brake set up. This setup will interfere with the rear output shaft of the PTO as he designed it. You can't have a rear output PTO with his suggested vacuum booster. You must use a smaller one to allow the master cylinder to clear the PTO rear output shaft. He told me that he designed the system for a PW with a M37 420 and PTO with no rear output. You can not have the rear output drivelines as the master cylinder is directly in the way.
