So even though the Parts Lists do not show the exact serial number when the brake pedal bracket changed, they do show that the transmission and PTO changed at serial number 83949164. I think it is safe to assume that the bracket had to change at the same serial number. Possibly the brake pedal changed at the same time and/or the floor pan. I believe the floor pan changed anyway due to needed clearance to the new transmission.
