Hi Clint, I’m back in Vancouver so I’m a few hours from the truck but the truck is being assembled as it was however the PTO & winch driveline were not installed when I bought the truck & just in a box with various parts. So the rubber block & sleeve I refer to are new from VPW & are about maybe 1/4” thick with a rubber isolating sleeve attached that go through the frame brackets isolating the mounting bolts. So when installed the ears on the bellhousing are roughly 1/4” off the frame brackets. The front engine mount is new. The cab is bolted down & mounted with VPW late style cab mounts. With the engine & tranny in place & bolted solid the bracket for the brake cannot sit where the 4 bolts hold it. Not enough room. If I lift the transmission an extra 1/4” then the bracket can rotate into position but it’s touching the PTO & the transmission is basically touching my cab…doubtful the floor tunnel would install…maybe but it looks too high.
As for installing the bracket & checking pedal placement…I haven’t tried it yet but I’ll try next week. My guess is yes the pedal is in correct location. This is the bracket that came off.
Thanks for the ideas…I’m thinking it must be the PTO but I don’t have the dimmensions for any other unit & I hate to just guess & spend a bunch of time trying to locate a different PTO only to find out that wasn’t the problem…you know?
