No. WWII Dodge Carryalls did not have the "Power Wagon" lettering on their hoods. The hood and radiator cowl shown on this truck are civilian Power-Wagon, and have been added later in place of the original military parts. I cannot tell for sure from the angles of the photos, but it appears the front fenders may be civilian also. The grill looks odd. Could be two military grills stacked on top on one another.

I do like the look though. If Dodge would have made them, they could have sold them.
