That on the floor at the door. beside where your left foot goes id a hydraulic actuator, probably for the home-made snow plow on front of the truck.
Parts that will fit? I would be cautious since some but not everything will fit from the WC 1/2 ton.
Best to ask about the item you are needing.
I would look for another FFPW for parts.
Someone might have a truck they are done removing parts or metal for their use, that will sell you the entire remains or the needed sections for you to complete your Farm Friendly Power Wagon.
