Yes I have run it at 75MPH but it works the truck and mileage drops.
Big tires are a bear to balance and in many cases next to impossible, I am running 4 ounces of beads in each tire and had to swap one tire to the rear or the vibration at 55 was excesive - went away at 65 MPH - swapping to the rear and the vibration cleared up.
If you want 75MPH then 4.56 would be a better choice - expect to wear ear protection:)
