I can check ‘yes’ to most of your boxes, and up on jack stands everything seems smooth and easy. That’s why I was leaning towards caster as I do have the additional weight of a plow frame pushing down on the springs. One thing I didn’t think to do was to check the steering column alignment. I should have, as it was one of the things I had to correct on the GMG that I had mentioned. Thanks for the heads-up....will check.
