The easy way to fix this problem is to put a power steering box on it. I did that to my 49 Power Wagon along with a Greg Coffin power brake set up. It works slick. You leave the clutch and brake pedals on the floor, where they belong, and put the master cylinder under the floor, where it is easy to get to. What's not to like about it, I can steer with one hand.
