Not familiar with a #7S1 carb; so no specific recommendations, just a few general rebuilding suggestions. Take some pictures of the external linkage before take it apart so you know how they go back together and where to set them. Get an exploded view and study it carefully so you know what to expect. Many carburetors have springs or check balls in the passage ways. When you disassemble it, these pieces have a ways a falling out and disappearing especially if you weren't expecting them.
