Lots of good advice in this thread.
If your truck has a brake booster, I would strongly advise you to go the pressure bleeder route. I was never able to bleed my truck properly (which has a vacuum booster) doing the bleeding in the conventional manner with the assistant in the cab on the brake, etc.
As Tim said you can make your own very cheaply.
