Found a complete (forgotten about) 35 gal. vinyl tank in the shed I had leftover from a '79 RamCharger project. Set it in, between the rails and the 2 cross braces, and it fits perfect. Had to go to the junkyard & pick up a couple of straps ($7.00). This ought to work temporarily (AND we all know what temporary means in Power Wagon speak :) until I get a new 30 gal. tank made (or find 2 NOS originals). 4 more J-bolts and I'm good to go. Now for the $100 question - Skid pan or not? I'm thinking the drop "Reese" type hitch/receiver that I plan on installing may provode some (but adequate?) protection. All suggestions welcome! Thanks!
