You are looking at the regular Goodyear tires.....if Dwight is looking at surplus Hummer tires, they are either bias-ply 36-12.5-16.5 or radial 37-12.5-16.5, neither of which will work on stock PW rims.
Also, there is not a 16" tire listed in that chart that is taller than 35". The 37" tall tires are for either 15" or 17" rims.
