Hummer tires

I think I've found a local source for Hummer tires, Goodyear 36x12.50-16, and am considering putting a set on my 49PW and my wifes WC51(I see a Helitool PS conversion in my future). Is there anything negative I should know about these tires before I fool with trying to get them.

How tall are they ,when mounted, compared to a 9.00-16 NDT? I was told that they are taller , more like an 11.00-16 , but that really does'nt seem correct.

Is there any problem mounting them on my stock PW wheels? How about the combat wheels on her WC?
