Any good glass shot its just laminated safety glass. Depends on shop for glass cost not to much. 5500lbs more or less depends on rust. I dont know how much its worth depends on the guy needing it. I would say it would proably fetch more in the long run stock but if your going to swap its not cheap and you need to be a real good mechanic cause a butchered M-37 dont fetch much money. If it runs and drives drive it a while and put your money into the brakes steering drivetrasin and see how you like it the engine is fine for off roading . even with a v-8 the drive train doesnt take the RPM of a v-8 real well m-37 or power wagons were never fast but they will dang sure pull into the middle of a bunch of high speed stuck ones and pull em out in stock condition. Just my views I had about 7 dodge 4wd with the newest being a 53 m-37 and a wagon.
