Check your tires for "out-of-round" condition. They may need to be turned on a tire lathe to correct the problem. If they are out of round, they can be balanced, but will act as they were unbalanced. To check, drive your truck about ten miles to warm up the tires, then jack each tire off the ground and rotate. Look for a change in gap between the tire and ground. If you have more than a 1/32, have them trued. You will need to find a tire shop that can handle 7.5 bolt pattern, 5 bolt, 3/4 diameter bolts. It's the only way you'll get a good smooth ride.
