I had Stockton make up 5 16.5 x 12 wheels for my PW about 6 years ago. They do fine quality manufacturing/clean welds/ very true. The only downside was a 4 week wait,(they did inform me of this at the time of purchase), and the price...however I do not regret the purchase. The wheels have held up quite well, and the severe bounce from the previous split rims has just about disappeared. Maybe if I get around to balancing them....
