I have not used one of the cams they sell, but I would think you could expect:
Some horse power increase at higher rpm's
5-10?
Less torque than you had with the stock cam
The amount of horse power gained per dollar invested is a low amount. You could easily soak a $1000 and still not get something your satisfied with. A V8 swap is a better dollar value plus dependablility, since you don't have to modify the engine to have additional horse power.
If a V8 is not attractive, you could go with a 265 Spitfire. It has a 1/4 longer stroke than your 251 giving you more horsepower and torque.
