If I strip to bare metal and prime w/ red oxide primer from Rapco do I need to apply a coat of gloss or semi gloss before the lusterless OD to ensure a waterproof barrier? It seems like the flat paint would allow moisture through w/o the gloss. Thanks for the info. Kurt
