W300 rear brakes

Will I have a problem finding brake shoes and related items for the rear axel like I did for the front? I must say the design of the drum and wheel spacer is not like anything I have ever seen. The rear bearing retainer and hub is just like the front. The rear bearings run in differential oil unlike the front which are packed? It almost looks like they also could be packed with grease and run independent of the dif fluid. There was dif fluid in there but not much. Any thoughts from the group?--Thanks--Mark Strikwerda---
