For the last eight or nione years I and my partner have driven a 1941 Carryall from Phoenix to Medesto (Big Bear) We generally start on Wedneday evening and arive Thursday afternoon (about 19 hours but we usally take a nap for a couple hours). Then we start back about noon on Sunday. Then sleep Monday evening. I will admint that I am not anxious to drive the beast again for a couple weeks afterwards.
(Only problems was a lost rear seal one year inthe way back. We just poured grease in as fast as it leaked out.)
