I had to do similar work the cab for my 6x6. I was not able to find good replacement panels, so I ended up making several smaller patches and welding them into place. It turned out very well. I was not able to find the curved bottom supports for the B post, so I made triangular gussets that sit right behind the seat. They work great. Since then I think I've seen new replacement supports. Maybe at VPW or Dodge Central of Michigan?
