I can never remember the exact sequence even though I've installed windows a number of times.
I remember getting one side in the grove by squeezing down with your fingers on the spring loaded part and slipping it in the end of the channel then moving the arms closer together to get the second spring loaded roller into the break in the middle of the tract. That roller can be compressed by the track itself.
