3595/3596 are for a Dodge 1 ton 1941 - 47 and are not be correct for the PW. They are 1-3/8 bore both sides of Wheel Cylinder, PW is 1-1/4 and 1-3/8 with 1-3/8 to the rear. It's not to say they would not work, but are not correct for the PW truck.
