More critical than PTO adjustment is the wear limits on the transmission parts. PTO adjustment starts on page 186, item 6, of the PIF at top of forum. You'll need to take the transmission apart to adjust it, otherwise you'll be guessing. PTO output shaft bearings may be a little tight. Refer to PTO reassembly, page 166 of the PIF.
