I can understand the paint problem. Not sure why clear coat was ever used, but?
I can understand the Wisconsin engine needing a rebuild.
But I can't understand why he doesn't put the rebuilt engine back in and fix the brakes? I'm quite sure most people would be willing to bid on a truck that was drivable and stoppable.
