Those are on Eric's site, where you likely bought the speedometer repair kits. The visors are quite rare, and in very good condition. If you were trying real hard to accurately restore a truck with no visors, the price might be acceptable.
Most of the visors I have seen were covered with similar covering as the seat. I am not absolutely sure that this is how they came from the factory, but I doubt they were not covered.
You might want to look into purchasing the book on the link from Amazon. It's really helpful.
