You can buy the tool to pull the wheel or make the horse shoe that slips under the metal ring of the wheel, use a bearing separator and two arm puller to remove the wheel. Click right at the link for additional images. What ever you use, the puller has to remain in parallel with the steering tube, if it moves to an angle, you can mess up the tube and threads.
