Yes, I've heard of him. I just sold a '68 W300. It was originally with the Forest Service in Montana, moved to California, then back to Spokane, Washington where I bought it and brought it to Idaho. Now Marty has it up near Kamloops, BC.
They are great trucks. Mine had power assist, a pto winch and a snow plow.
