I am usually working on a truck late at night when the family is asleep so I am a one man band most of the time.
To pick up the cab I use a 2 ton harbor freight engine lift/ cherry picker with a 2x6 attachment. I use two 2x6s long enough to go through the cab with the doors open. I run a grade 8 bolt through the middle of the 2x6s and the end of the lift. I can lift the cab up and over the steering wheel. Works good and I am able to roll it around by myself.
