I got to thinking about it, and to spin around and move into place, it seems like it would be necessary to remove the steering column, pedals, remove the shift lever and the other levers, slide it into place, and then reinstall the above? Or remove the steering column and tilt the cab while sliding it over the levers and pedal? Either way sounds better than trying to lift it.
