Did you check the tire for out of round or did a shop? I would double check it myself if a shop did it as twice I've had friends do that and ended up being the tire when I checked. Jack the truck up just till the tire barely clears the ground and spin it. If it hits, there is your problem. Doesn't cost anything to check and it's quick to do.
