Wheel's rivets appear loose

Do I have any options for repairing a wheel that appears to have some rivets getting loose?

They are not actually loose, but the shoulder where they contact the rim look different. One Rivet is actually missing and I am guessing that was the case when the tire was mounted.

What are your thoughts on this topic?
