My brother lives in Wareham, he lost power for about 4 hours due to the 1.5' or so of wet snow they got.
Being we are from Western New York, lake effect snow is an annual occurrence, except the year we got almost 4 feet one evening, Snow blower cleared our road next day so dad could get the milk out as well as other farmers down the road, we had a diesel generator to run the milkers and chillers for raw milk tank in the parlor
Sister-in-law was Captain of ferry out of Hyannis Port, to Marthas Vineyard and Nantucket, I enjoyed visiting Woods Hole and the Cape
