Thanks, the part he is looking for is the pipe that screws into the tank itself. Not the filler neck that bolts to the fender.
Someone with a rotted or hopelessly dented tank would have it. I had always assumed it was soldered in like a Power Wagon, but they thread into a soldered fitting.
