from my observation, the windshield, on civvy it opens partially with a crank, mil it opens completely up with solid brackets, the back window...civvy is plain glass, mil has an expended steel lath guard screen on the outside mounted by bolts and nutserts in the cab sheetmetal, early 1/2 tons utilized civvy gages later 1/2 tons had round stewart warner guages like the 3/4 tons, civvy cabs had fuel tank under the seat, mil had tank in rear frame so no filler hole in lower drivers corner of cab.thats the more obvious items i can think of, theres probably more...
