I am not sure why the top left hung on the WCs is different. The spare tire has no impact on the door swing or position except you can’t open the door with the spare tire mount in place. You can usually identify a carryall driver’s door. They almost always have a dent in the bottom edge where someone tried to open the door and hit the spare tire mount leaving a dent.
