Talking with someone on a different forum, it might be that the press fit description is a misprint, as that person bought a set of pistons for a 218 just last year, and they still used retainer clips. I hope that's thw case, as I jist rwally don't care for the idea of pressing the pins into the pistons.
Anyway, I'm not in the market for new pistons, but this came up because I dropped a retainer out of one of my new Sealed Power pistons for the engine I'm building, and I can't find it anywhere, after a very thorough search, and I stumbled upon this press-fit situation, which as it turns out, may not be correct. I'm still looking for a retainer, if anyone has one. I can supply dimensions of mine for comparison.
