I'm sure the basic 3/4 ton Command frame is identical to the Weapons Carrier frame at the part number level.
Of course the Carrier had different bracketry for the battery tray and the like, but the chassis was the same.
About the only way to determine a 3/4 ton frame of that type is 'wrong' for a Command Car is if the basic chassis number is far too high - meaning the chassis was built after Command production stopped.
Of course you could be talking about 1/2 tons - I'd have to check that.
