its actually illegal for them to rearrange the order of transactions in order to create more overdraft fees. a law put in place by the consumer financial protection bureau after the 08 collapse. I would go in and demand they refund the fees and make it right or you'll start contacting the bureau. They hold money like that so they can make interest
