For sale or trade: 1968 M715 Kaiser Jeep 1 1/4 Ton 4X4, nick name five quarter ton, it has California Historical Plates and clean California pink slip.

It has a Chevy V-8 with 10,000 miles on it. Warren heavy duty T98 4 speed trans stock, width 85 inch, 210 inch length, wieght 5180 ibs. 28 gal gas tank that has been cleaned and has a new rubber filler, Dana 70 rear axle and Dana 60 on front axle stock. Max speed 55 to 65 MPH.

Truck has new brakes and brake lines and master cylinder, clutch parts all new, done when new engine was installed.
Radiator cleaned and checked, all new hoses and belts.
New top and seat covers, with high density foam, new seat belts and battery.
Truck a has Red "D" rings front and back bumper for airdrop, and helicopter lift rings on wheel cap hubs front and back, tires in really good shape.
Army markings still on hood.
Surface rest on bed only, bed is in really good shape with the drop down troop seats and ammo can with spare tire tools.
Pioneer rack tools, axe, shovel,a pick axe, with new straps,mounted on the side of bed in original holders.
No rust in jerry can.

All gauges work, also headlights, turn signals and stop ligths work.
Converted to 12 volts.

M715 were airlifted and airdropped into airbases and jungles in Vietnam and used by the regular Army, Marines, and Special Forces extensively in the Vietnam War. After the war alot of these trucks were used in monster truck races because of the heavy duty front and rear ends and the ruggedness of theses rigs. Pretty much go anywhere, and do anything vehicles. Plus they are a blast to drive.
