Hey Mike,

I make the brake system that VPW sells. I think my kit puts the master cylinder a little to the rear of the opening in the floor board. If you install one I'm curious to know how it lines up.

If your 1967 WM300 has the access hole in the floor board it should have come from the factory with a dual circuit master cylinder. Is your different? Granted, it would not be power brakes, which is so worth the upgrade :)

The kit from VPW includes one 10 psi residual pressure valve for each axle with drum brakes. The master cylinder is so close to the level of the disc brakes that I have not found it necessary to install a 2 psi PRV on the disc brake circuits. But it won't hurt to do so.

Also, if you are running front disc and rear drum brakes the system is balance enough that you probably won't need a proportioning valve in the system. If you are running discs front and rear you definitely will.
