DO NOT put any grease on the face of the T/O bearing, it could get splattered towards the disk during engagement and cause the disk to chatter. Like Tom says, apply grease to the inside of the bearing sleeve and outside of the trans bearing retainer however use a lithium grease, not wheel bearing, too thick for the spring to pull back easily. Make sure you attach the pull back spring as shown in the image. Apply some grease to the ears of the sleeve and fork fingers. Adjust your clutch pedal to 1-1/8 free play or less but no less than 3/4 free play.
